Terms & Conditions :

Rates are quoted with Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

All rates are quoted ++ subject to 10% service tax and 6% government tax

Extra bed or extra person is chargeable at RM 60.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast.

Rates for breakfast are given above.
•
Surcharge is appplicable during Peak & Super Peak Period as shown above
•
Surcharge also applies during other major convention/event in the city that has yet to be confirmed
•

No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent to a maximum of one child.

Maximum number of person allowed in a room is 2 adults and 2 children.

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Low Period:
Cancellations notice must be done at least 4 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

Cancellations notice are required at least 8 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest


Last Minute Booking:
Booking made within 3 days prior to check in date are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest


NO SHOW:
In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest
